haha Hilarious intro. I like how it suddenly changes. I put off my headset to hear what that strange sound was. Then I realised the song was changing.
The beat is pretty basic but it goes well in this song.

Its pretty relaxing. Perhaps you should put it under ambient or misc. But not techo I believe.
I like the melody and the basssynths. Nice reeverb on it and nice EQ on the main.

But ...
.. try to take a lower pitch. Cause the high frequences make my ears tweak
... Try adding some reeverb to the main melody.
... Add some more synth

Some things should be worked out more, but its already a pretty decent
