Recognise the melody

I love the melody. I recognise it from somewhere. Probably its just the second time I hear this song.

Overall it sounds very professional, just at the start my woofers screeched a little. But thats forgivable.

DukeLukeProd responds:

Hm, it's the most basic of melodies, wouldn't be surprised if someone did something similar ;)
Thanks for the comment

very bouncy bouncy

Would make a good song for a puzzlegame if you turned the leadsynth into something more outstanding.

Percussion is well compressed and rythm is perfect. Altough I liked it better without those claps that come in at 0.27.

Melody is good but a bit repetitive, even for a loop. Variation maked good music.
Also the bass is just humming up and down and doesn't change pitch at all. Change the bass melody to add some extra dimension.

Terraflames responds:

Thanks! Glad you you liked it, thanks for the "8"=)!

Loving the bass

It sounds really dark. I likez.

Try to bring out the percussion a bit more. increase volume or compress. one of both.
It would be awesome if you made louder.
Also more lenght would make it better. Just make it loop a few times to spare flash artists hard wark.

OPQC responds:

okay, i'll make the percussion. and i will compress the drums. and i'll make it louder.
i'll finish this soon! thanks for help, a lot! :)

Expected more from that intro

The intro seemed like it was gonna turn into something great. I was hoping for a better percussion, but I stayed a bit unsatisfied. I absolutely love the melody nevertheless.

Try to improve percussion.
Add some effects.
Bass could be a bit heavier.

Overall not too bad, certainly not for a loop.

rosenrotR responds:

percussion are disappointing but I can not create the percussion music techno

Sure this will work out

Like the melody and synth. But I think you will agree when I say that it will a some FX and some variation

Sonomabob responds:

as I said, it's work on progress.

fx and variation will be added. thats just intended to be a base I will biuld on.

DrillDnB right ?

To start you used a drumloop without even slicing it. Try to slice different beats and recreate your own personal beat.
I'm not sure if you know how to use mastering yet, but I can say you should bring the main melody more in front.

The thing I like to say to new artists is to not try to do all at once. Its always better to start of with making a good melody. Experiment with note lenght and pitches. Once you got a good melody, try to layer it with another instrument. Try to find out some tricks. You remember things easier when trying yourself.

If you like I could send you a link with a basic tutorial
PM me anytime if you want some help

SloanerBroner responds:

You got it! DrillDnB!
And yeah...I might need that tutorial..
.btw i don't think it really needs slicing anyways...
I think the DrillDnB sounds very close to the one put in Unleashed.
And as for the mastering...I didn't think it needed it...
But now as I listen to it...yeah...I should have....
And thanks for the constructive critisizm, and not just outright shouting
"You dumb noob! You didn't do it right!" lol
Anyways, thanks for the tips and I'll think about that in the future!
(P.S. This is actually the first song that I put into a "song format" and not a "pattern format" if you know what I mean!
MetalSonic150...OUT!

Always like helping new artists.

First of all you are using raw samples. It means you used sounds that are included in FL. You should addapt sound to create your own style.

Second you have no real melody going on. Try to make a good melody before trying to make a full song. Practice on it. Try different keynote lenghts and experience with pitches. You'll pop out a good melody before you know it.

Its always good to look up some beginner tutorials or guides.
When you want any help just send me a PM

Pretty awesome track. I once again love your deep deep bass. It's really badass.

Listening to your tracks often give me new inspiration and sight into music.
Thanks for adding a lot of music to my mp3 :)

PERVOK responds:

For sure man, glad that you enjoy the music.

This track is pretty awesomesauce

I love how this song builds up. It sounds very professional. I absolutely adore how deep the bass sounds.
In all of your songs you manage to create a " ZenonAtmosphere " which is really hard to match.
Kudoos, keep up the amazing work.

Greetz Duba

PERVOK responds:

Seems like people say that about a lot of my songs; I'm still trying to decide whether or not having a "Zenony" sound is a good thing or not.

Thanks for the review man, it's greatly appreciated!
